Must go. Absolutely incredible experience. Every element and detail were perfect. Drinks were on point, ambiance was perfect, service was just right (casual enough and still professional - knowledgeable staff). And the best part of all: the food. Absolute perfection beyond words. Huge congrats to Chef Sean, Reece and the whole team at Ēst, we will definitely be back.

Wow! Just wow! The menu here is absolutely next level. I can’t think of any other place in the city to compare it to. Definitely in a league of its own. From the amazing tasting menu, to the impeccable service right down to the vibe and ambience. This place is a game changer and is raising the bar for a fine dining experience in Toronto. Hands down the front runner for best new restaurant in 2019. You heard it here first!! Keep it up. I will definitely be returning soon.

I recently visited est restaurant and tried the Vegan Tasting Menu with Premium Wine Pairings. The Vegan dishes were all beautifully presented and tasted as good as they appeared. The Wine Pairings were just as exciting and diverse. The in-house Sommelier, Tiffany really did a wonderful job with the choices.

I'll definitely be coming back. This is one of the best Fine Dining experiences in Toronto.

Exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey! Phenomenal service! Positive energy! Great talent! Memorable experience! Oh heavenly tasting food... every single course and some because we wanted all ...not to forget the wines, impressive selection, and this is just the beginning!

Wow. What a flavor adventure. I greatly appreciated all of the fine details. New cutlery for each course, the toilet paper was folded for show every time I went to the restroom, and my napkin folded at the table upon my return the used hand towel basket always emptied. Our server was very friendly and informative.

My only complaints were it took a little longer than expected, we were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes but I appreciate that is the style of dining. Also the seating wasn’t very comfortable, especially when seated for such a long period of time.
