    Really nice space with great fresh North Indian food. The profits benifit the Hare Krishna Church and they charge only $10 for a meal. I would say as good vegetarian Indian as I have had in Toronto in a quiet serene setting.

    Super friendly, beautiful place! Amazing food got all Vegans , just ask , some desert may have dairy so it’s good to ask! But , for ten dollars for the huge , tasty, delicious meal it’s the best deal I think in the city!

    My favourite restaurant! Often Indian food is quite oily but here it is not! The food is sooo good here and the service is fantastic

    Awesome place here. A great temple by ISKCON on left side of Govinda's. Great food options.

    Simply Amazing!

    The decor here is simple and tranquil, adorned with beautiful religious statues and paintings. Soft music that you may use for meditations plays gently in the background. For the unbelievable price of only ten dollars you receive a three course vegetarian lunch or dinner. The menu is set and changes daily. Now I have tried Indian cuisine in many, many places but this left a lasting impression on me. You can have one, any or all of the prepared dishes, I recommend all. Every single bite was a different experience in taste and had me in disbelief at how amazing the flavor was. A masterful use of herbs that I have never encountered, not overdone and barely spicy; this was the most unique indian food I have ever eaten. We left feeling calm, refreshed, and satisfied. Counting the minutes until the next visit, Govinda's did not disappoint.
