Happy Lamb Hot Pot, Scarborough 快乐小羊

Good flavor soup. Great beef and lamb. Needs more selection on sliced meat and soup can be a bit too salty at times

Place was clean and there's lots of parking available. The staff was friendly but took a while to take our order. Throughout our meal they were fairly attentive (eg: refilling our waters, taking away empty trays, etc). Pretty good selection for AYCE and the quality of food was good.

Went here for lunch on the weekend, however, they charged dinner prices for weekend lunch, which was not clearly stated on the menu (maybe I missed it?). It was a little overpriced, but overall an okay experience.

This place is literally one of the best hot pot places ever! After months of renovations, I'm glad they opened it up! The best part is that all the food options are portioned so there's less food waste or unconsumed food that's been prepared. BEST AYCE IN SCARBOROUGH!!!!

Tasty but pricey.
The food was really good. Compared to other hot pot places, I found the selection of vegetables to be short. What truly bothered me was that, other than the main meat trades and the actual pots, you personally have to go and get what you want to eat (ie vegetables, additional meats, seafood, desserts). There is absolutely nothing wrong with that until they impose a service fee of 15%.
I will always tip based on service but restaurants should not impose gratuities as taxes.
