Hotel Novotel Toronto North York

The bed was comfortable and stylish, lots of lighting in the room, came with a loveseat and coffee table plus a little desk. Bathroom was quite nice but the towels were very small. The restaurant seems to keep odd hours but there is a complimentary breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am which I quite liked (many hotels close the buffet by 7:30). Sadly there didn't seem to be an option to order breakfast the night before.

No mini fridge in the room, just a small cooler, but a coffee maker and free bottled water were provided daily. Housekeeping did a great job and the front desk always had multiple people on duty to keep up with demand. When I came into my room while housekeeping was working she verified my room key to make sure I wasn't some stranger trying to sneak into the room -- I appreciated the security. Elevators can only be called by room key between 10pm and 6am.

Location is excellent, right across the street from a movie theatre, Loblaws and multiple restaurants, there is also indoor access to North York Centre which has a Starbucks, food court etc. Close to the subway and bus. There is also a looping driveway at the entrance for vehicular pickups and drop offs. Checkout was quick and painless.

Overall I'd say my only complaint is the shower has no door so I felt kind of chilly whilst showering and the floor would usually get pretty wet. But otherwise I'd recommend this location and I'd definitely come back if they'd put a door on the shower! :)

The location was great for me for a work assignment. I was looking forward to a bath but only had shower. in need of new carpet. maybe paint and spruce up.

I would like to give 5 star for amazing services and For the way staff greeted us. Food was great. Room was beautiful with perfect lighting. Great view. Great location.

Solid hotel, would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in town. Everything about the room is great. Close walking distance to plenty of restaurants, LCBO and a grocery store. The shower is phenomenal, it has a rain shower head and excellent water pressure.

I had great stayed. I visited with my friend and we spend wonderful time. Staff were polite and professional. Services was great. Room was clean well managed.
