Top end experience. Go with any steak that has been dry aged, you will not be disappointed. Stay away from the Argentina beef as it's shipped under fresh/frozen temps (completely safe), but you don't get the benefit of having it dry aged. Also, they have luxurious hand towels in the restrooms.
At first we had to wait over an hour for our reservation at 8:30 Pm for our group of 9 which was unfortunate, however they made it right by giving us a private room and taking good care of us.
The food was definitely good, not the best I've had but absolutely top tier. Service was very good with lots of staff assisting us.
I give them 9/10!
I attended a wedding at Jacobs in the summer. It was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Caesar salad was mixed table side, dietary restrictions were all taken into consideration. Steak was cooked to perfection and carved for me, and the wine was out of this world. Staff was also great and very knowledgeable about the menu. Gets better each time I return
Dined at your fine establishment on the eve of Sunday October 20 th 2019. Samuel who show us to our table was warm, friendly and very accommodating. Patrick our server was fantastic, the best.
He explained, in great detail, the menu and much of the back ground stories behind the writings on the menu. He did this with some personal favourites and experiences thrown in with his verbal presentation.
We tried most of what he suggested, and were over the moon with what he suggested. He read us perfectly well, since everything we partook at this meal was totally in line to our liking as a family.
The beet salad was superb. The deep fried potato fries in duck fat were to die for. The steaks were cooked to perfection and were the best I have eaten, and my wife and I have eaten in some pretty fine steakhouses in New York City, Chicago, London, and Paris. The bringing out of a special desert with a candle on it for my 63 rd Birthday Celebration was a really nice touch. Thank you Patrick.

My boyfriend and I came to Jacobs to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first visit and based on recommendations and reviews we already had high expectations of this place and needless to say they were exceeded far beyond what we thought. The food, the atmosphere, the service were phenomenal. Although we had several servers attend to us, who were all great and met all of our needs, our server David was exceptional; very attentive, friendly and accommodating. He made great recommendations and helped us with wine pairings that we both really enjoyed. Thank you for a lovely evening.
