KINTON RAMEN

Food is amazing no doubt about that but the service is another thing. Whether they have 2 customers or there is a line waiting, the service is very slow. The servers seems to be not fully aware of the status of each table. When the food comes one item is always missing. We ordered a ramen to go while we where still eating knowing that it would take time and hoping it would be ready by the time we finish eating, nope we still had to wait.

I would have given this place a 5 star for the taste of the food but the service needs a lot of work.

I love kinton and will always give them my business. The food is always amazing and consistent. The service at the Runnymede location, however, is not nearly the same quality as the other locations I've visited. Pretty disappointing, really.

Very nice place. It's nice to have a ramen option in the neighbourhood now. This is not the best ramen in the city but it is still very good. The times that I have visited I've had decent service and short wait times on the food. All in all I would recommend.

This has been my go to for ramen since it opened but I just want to say I hate the waiting list app at the door. When we got here no one shouted greetings at us, there was no wait but the staff ignored us. We had to put our name on the wait list even though there is no wait, then download the app using my data plan, only to find out surprise surprise I am the first in line. It was only then someone came to seat us. Really guys?! This totally takes away from the warm hospitality when you walk in the door. The app is a good idea if you are busy, but don’t make your customers do unnecessary work.

My favourite ramen spot! Service is top notch, but food is even better. They always kill it. I’ve been to other locations but this one if the best I’ve been to - servers are very attentive, friendly, polite and my glass is never empty. I usually sit at the bar area and the chef always asks if my food tastes good. Overall, my experience here has been amazing. Definitely will keep coming back. Keep up the good work!
