What else can be said? Honestly, if you pay attention to Vietnamese food culture and have some semblance of a reasonable expectation about what you're going to get at this place ...it will blow your mind. The team at LAN has crafted an amazing meal that is one half food, the other have experience .We were served by a girl named Stacey and she is the nicest, the loveliest, and the sweetest person ever. I absolutely adore her, nothing was too much trouble and she was so friendly and chatty, and just seemed so extremely happy to be there. The whole staff created an experience we will not forget in a long time blended with food that can hardly be described with normal words. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of the family. And even when we left we were definitely part of it when Stacey greeted us on the way to our uber taxi. The level of detail, dedication and enthusiasm put in every single detail about this restaurant is astonishing - something I've never experienced before - and I can totally understand how such a level of quality can easily warrant their pricing. We just loved every moment. And sending massive thank you again to Stacey, we were still talking about how lovely she was for the next few days

I can’t express the level of service and detail this place offers. In a world where restaurants are becoming more stuck up and service is limited, the chef and his wife and the whole team are by far the best the city has to offer. Lan, who I can honestly say was the best at her job ever, making us feel as warm as if we were guests in her own home. I always return back to this restaurant and also bring my family member/best friends/acquaintance here as I know we will always be guaranteed for a wonderful time. I’m in love with the design of entire restaurant. The ambiance and vibe is unmatchable. The atmosphere is a bright and beautiful in the day and dim and romantic in the evening. And the food is phenomenal. I will continue to support this place because I know the hard work that Lan and her husband put in day in and day out, and I know what to expect every single time I arrive through that door. Toronto is better for having spots like this. A true gem..

I can't say enough good things about Lan Vietnamese Restaurant! Have been by a handful of times now and always look forward to returning. Stacey and her family are extremely passionate about their North Vietnamese heritage, and that positive warmth & energy shines through in the authenticity & quality of their dishes. I have frequented a ton of Vietnamese joints, and this is now a Top-5 overall for me let alone the best I have been to in Toronto. Thank you guys for all the continued 'Hanoi hospitality' and we look forward to visiting again soon!

My husband chose this place for my birthday meal upon reading rave reviews and being recommended by many of our friends. Lan, it's amazing what you have accomplished. We see your effort in every detail. The food was perfect in every aspect and the service is even better! So attentive but not overbearing. From the moment we walked in until the moment we were shown into a taxi to go home, we could not have been better looked after. You have an unbelievable restaurant in every way. It was an honour meeting you today. Thank you all again for a wonderful time.

This place is ridiculously amazing! Authentic Vietnamese cuisine in an elegant ambience. I’m the person that pays attention to details, and this restaurant was spot on. The way the servers, and managers worked in sync with each other was very impressive. I ate some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had anywhere. I have been here several times and every time this place fulfills my every aspect. Everything was truly perfection. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
