My wife and I usually get Domino's on the other side of Bloor but seeing as how we got a flyer in the mail for Pizzaiolo we thought we'd give it a try. They were offering an x-large two topping pizza for $17.99. My wife put in the order and I went to go pick it up. We ordered onions and roasted red pepper.

I'm giving it a three star because I thought the pizza was pretty good (I added my own olives afterward) but my wife wasn't overly impressed, one of the two pieces she ate didn't even have red pepper on it. Main issue however is that when I got home we counted the slices, 10 slices, 10 slices = large, 12 slices = x-large.

Not sure if there is a strategy on their deals "give them a smaller pizza with limited toppings" but that's what we got. Ultimately I can get two mediums from Domino's for 15 bucks. The quality may be a bit better at Pizzaiolo but the overall value isn't there, I'll stick to Domino's.

this was my 3rd time we ordered pizza from them and I'm very satisfied. Delicious, fresh, service is excellent (walked in to get some slices) and the person who served me was very friendly. I used to work at pizza place (for 17 yrs at Gino's Pizza) so I know a bit about pizzas and let me tell you.. their pizza is worth coming back!! You guys ROCK! good to have you in the neighborhood ????
