    I can’t begin to tell you how good the food here really is!

    The quality & taste of the meat here is unbelievable! If you have ever been to Africa or are open to different types of cuisines, South Africa should be on your list!

    The chicken, the sausages, the burgers..I mean everything is on point!

    The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!

    The place is small to eat in however don’t hesitate to take out and enjoy @ home!

    Great taste, good food, awesome customer service. The owner would come and ask and take care of his customer needs. Space was a little tight because they are becoming popular. Overall, great place near Royal York subway area. I have already referred this place to many of my friends.

    I came with the family and was greated with a warm smile and a comfortable atmosphere.

    We tried the burgers and the kids chicken grilled strips with fries and onion rings to share.

    The burgers were juicy and seasoned just enough to not overpower the rest of the rest of the flavours.

    I tried the the Mr D Burger and really enjoyed the combination of ingredients. The buns they use hold up really well and don't fall apart when you're eating.

    The family and I will definitely be back

    This restaurant is an absolute gem. The staff is amazing. They were extremely friendly and provided great service. The food was phenomenal! My friend is from South Africa and said it so authentic that she felt she was home. My other friend is a vegetarian and loved their selection. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back!

    What a wonderful restaurant! The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, and they made excellent recommendations for us as first-time visitors. Everything is made in house (except for their French fries) and you can clearly taste this fact. We had the platter for two with sausages, lamb, chicken, bean salad, and pap with tomato chutney. Highly recommended!!
