Steve is awesome and knowledgeable. He will take you back to show you his refrigerator and stock. If he does not have the meat, he'll do a special order with no minimums.
His meats are hands down the best and the prices are worth it.
My kids' introduction to beef, chicken and pork all came from Steve. His wife's family own a farm and the beef is very tender. Even the tough parts of the cow are very tender.
Steve has other products such as rice balls that are amazing. His wife makes amazing sandwiches.
