Best food in the Tri Cities. Always have amazing, friendly service too. Recommend trying the pig tails, cauliflower wings, and the steak is a must. A+ restaurant.
I love the fresh makeover in 2019! My husband and I went for our anniversary recently. We felt like royalty!
Everything from their greeting at the door right down to the restaurant manager checking in and wishing us a happy anniversary made us feel special - including of course a lovely dessert to celebrate our day and a wonderful table.

The food was brought out in perfect timing and was delicious! Steak was perfectly done as requested, well portioned, and we left feeling stuffed and completely satisfied.
We decided to go out to eat at Charcoal Steak House for our anniversary, and we are so happy that we did. It was our first visit to this beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere is very upscale and tranquil. The staff were all so polite and accommodating. Our server, whose name I've regrettably forgotten, was amazing. She made us feel completely at home, to the point where we were cracking jokes, she made excellent recommendations about the food & drinks, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable when the patio got rained on and we had to move to another table. And the food was phenomenal. My boyfriend ordered a T bone steak. The chef cooked it to perfection and the portion of steak was a good size. I ordered the steak frites, which was really tender. We had such a positive experience and can't wait to repeat!
I like my steak to be rare and mine cake out beautifully done. The vegetables and french onion soup were delicious! My father was with me and the steak sauce he prefers was not something they carry. The chef took his preference into consideration (doesn't like sweet), and made him a custom steak sauce that was really good.
