I ordered a Dirty Chai and although it wasn’t on the menu, they had no problems serving it up. Perfect combo of espresso and chai — exactly what I need before venturing into Toronto traffic! Thank you!

My friend and I always come here to study in the afternoon and evenings and the baristas are always lovely and willing to help when we are often undecided. It is obvious they work hard and are always delivering a great customer experience. We have been coming here for years and it is always our first choice for study spaces since we love the staff :) Keep working hard!

Really nice seating, food was great too (had soup and salad combo). The baristas were a little cold, but it may have just been a bad day. They were still polite and very forthcoming, but not like lighting-up-your-day type in my experience.

I cannot believe how slow this place is regardless of the time. Food is great, coffee is good, location is excellent for The Boardwalk. That said, it is slow. Unnecessarily slow. Go for the delicious drinks and eats, but stay because you have no choice but to wait.

I have been going to this location since it opened and the biggest reason why I continue to do so is the staff. They’re so welcoming and they want to provide the best experiences for their customers. Yes, the coffee is good and the food is tantalizing, but the people that work here are why you come back. Both employees and management do their part to create such a great atmosphere. Bottom line is they care and it shows. It’s always a great way to start my day by having conversations with whoever is in that day. The Boardwalk location goes above and beyond my expectations for customer service.
