Conestoga Place

I have been here twice now. I went once for a friend's wedding and once for a banquet for a group. The food is OK. Well, the roast beef is pretty terrible depending on the day. The veggies are watery and the cheese sauce is a bit scary. If you go, don't do the buffet. When I went for the served wedding it was much better than for the buffet style banquet
Bar is alright. Location is ok. Decor is alright as well. We were in the smaller room both times.

This is a good place for large groups' events. I believe they can also take care of food and catering or at least nominate a good candidate for catering. The location is great as it is right on Manitou Drive in Kitchener, Ontario. One of the best things about it is the spacious parking lot that can be enough for many vehicles. The place is not new, so you should be all right with the old style to enjoy your time over there. They may also need to improve signage for a more convenient direction to those who visit the place for the first time. I would recommend it.

This is a well run venue that rents out space for various events and offers both a bar service and catering. It isn't an "on trend" venue. What sells it to me is the staff which is experienced, courteous and willing to please. Prices for various menu options offer good value and good flexibility. There is lots of free parking, is on a main artery, and does have regular city bus service nearby.

Friendly staff. Cold beer. Wheelchair accessible. Delicious food.

Went for an evening conference. This place has really stepped up their game in the last 10 years. Classy-looking foyer and nicely decorated inside. The catered finger foods were of a nice variety and of good quality.
