    Cute lunch spot and coffee shop. Quiet and friendly. Food is all plant based but very tasty.

    Fantastic! Had the mushroom burger on whole wheat sourdough bread. So good. Also had one of the best Soy milk lattes I’ve had in awhile.

    The staff created a drink for me that wasn't even on the menu. I didn't push for it, they gladly made it. As a matter of fact, they redid it a bunch of times because they were unhappy with his it was coming out. It's a relaxing space!

    Decent coffee and treats are here. Fantastic staff and honest neighborhood vibe. But why you want to come here is how you can be supporting holistically Kitchener's downtown neighborhood and more importantly the neighbors. Came to Fresh Ground for a gig and was inspired to be a better human.
