    I eat from here at least once a week. The avocado toast with feta and chilli flakes is amazing but next time I’m going to ask for lightly toasted because it was a little black around the edges. Island smoothie bowl also amazing, as well as the superfood pitaya lemonade!

    In Canada it is hard to find a restaurant that serves Keto diet friendly foods and this place was excellent in both taste and presentation. If you need a place with great food and service with a smile? Then come on down but call first to make sure they are open. 5-Stars all-round!!
