The ingredients were really interesting but the food was unfortunately served a bit cold and very late despite the fact that there were only two more occupied tables beside us. I ordered neck Benedict and it was good.

(November 3, 2019, 10:36 pm)Menu is tapas style. Craft beer on tap. Food was good, especially enjoyed the fried cheese curds and Korean chicken, these were also some of the cheaper menu items. Pork belly perogies were also good. The chicken wings weren't worth the cost. Service was quick and friendly. Overall good experience.

(October 11, 2019, 8:10 am)The three of us arrived and were seated immediately. Beautiful bar area and decor in general. It's definitely a prime restaurant in KW for a date night. Our server came by soon after we sat down and explained the menu and We came here for brunch on a weekday and it was surprisingly empty. I read on their website about the "short history" of Gilt and it's cute.
