J & B Family Restaurant

A nice place to enjoy some eastern European food that's cooked by a very nice family. Best schnitzel you can have around here. Thank you Joe for having us and making us feel like home.

This is a hidden gem. The schnitzel, homemade sauerkraut, the tomato rice, was all really good and reasonably priced. If you want schnitzel, try J & B.

When in Kitchener during Oktoberfest must do as the locals do. We were here for the Canadian National Clogging Convention. Quick look around where we were staying for the weekend and we stumbled upon J & B. Easily made a reservation, friendly on the phone.
Nice size, comfortable table for 4 of us. Super friendly and helpful server, absolutely no problem substituting foods for anyone with a modified diet. Large portions for really great prices and the vegetables tasted fresh, not made from frozen. Highly recommend trying out the wonderful family restaurant. Will be back next we are in Kitchener.

First time here as I am not from the area. Great food and service. Left full and happy. Planning on coming back next time I'm in the area.

My boyfriend and I came here for his birthday. We shared a meat platter and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. There was so much food, we had enough for lunch for the next day. Not to mention I think they gave us a lemon cake for free for his birthday. The staff are super friendly, and the quality of the food was very worth the price. I'd love to come back here.
