No chicken ready, waited 25min... Chicken not bad, but definitely not kfc

Very good service totally opposite from the other on university.
Fast and efficient friendly service.

Walk-in ordered a 16 piece family combo expecting to wait for ages. Was told it would be 5 minutes by two different people, who both apologized I'd have to wait. True to their word, I only waited 5 minutes. :)

While I was waiting, several customers were served by a the woman behind the counter. There was a man who seemed to be assisting and listening in on orders as she was taking them. At one point he left the front and headed to the side of the kitchen where he put on gloves before preparing a chicken sandwich. As soon as the sandwich was wrapped, he removed his gloves and returned to the front to expedite orders.

I felt like people were moved through efficiently and appreciated seeing gloves being worn (and discarded!) between front-and-back.

Good work Boardwalk Popeyes! We have always gone to the Ottawa St. location but this one is much closer for us! See ya soon. ????
