Your typical pub food experience, but the place has its charm. The staff is friendly and fun, food is flavorful. However, I've had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a burger while the place was empty.

Went to the "new" Thirsty's (new ownership) last night for first time, and I have to admit that I was expecting a little bit more.

More of what? Well, let's start off with the food. The wings (we had the medium and suicide) were mediocre, heavy on sauce and light on actual flavour. The suicide ones were very hot (and this from a guy that loves his wings hot!) But they lacked a depth of flavour you can get at other outfits. The wife said the same about her wings, they lacked flavour.

The burger, fries and gravy were all good, actually not bad at all.

Would have potentially given an extra star, but I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food to be brought out. I was told (on the phone when I placed the order) to come pick it up in 20 minutes, but when I showed up they said it will be 10 more minutes. I sat there for a half hour before the food was ready. I would have been fine with the extra time, all they had to say on phone was "come in 50 minutes" instead.

Maybe next time the timing issue will be resolved.

Food is good. Place is pretty clean. Good if you have a group of 2-6 friends or if you wanna go alone. Try their wings, good price. Expect to spend anywhere from 10-25 dollars for food and a drink depending on what you get.
