    One star for not being a chain store, one star for the ok pizza, and another star for something resembling service. Some people I know love the pizza here. I am baffled. I find the experience to be similar to chewing pizza-flavoured gum. The sauce is sparse, the cheese is bland, the crust is bready, and the toppings just don't have enough flavour to carry the whole thing. For $18 for a large pizza with a few toppings, it should be better than a chain store. It's not. I came back two years later to give it another try and I still find it the same.

    We've tried many pizza places in many cities, but Pizza Arca reigns above them all. The crust and dough is delicious, the toppings are extremely fresh, and the prices are great. This isn't just the best pizza place in the New Hamburg area, it may legitimately be the best pizza place in Ontario - we haven't found any better. Do not skip.
