“Went for the first time yesterday. Waited in line for around 15 minutes and our order took almost 30 minutes. Fries were cold when they arrived, but the burger was absolutely amazing. It was honestly one of the best burgers I had in kitchener. Prices were reasonable as well. Even though the wait was long, the burger was worth it. Don't know if I'll go back, it was to busy. But the food was still good”

I would give this place 5 stars but I love my food and I felt it was just missing a little salt other then that food was really good and they have good choices for the menu. As for service it was only okay, they were attentive but just didn't feel welcoming. Decor is simple but nice and place is kept clean!”

“love love love love their ma la tang and noodle soups. been coming here for 3 years and a bit sad they stopped doing rock paper scissors for the discount but the food is so tasty and you actually get a good amount of veggies. fav place within the waterloo plaza vicinity. highly recommend the hot and sour noodle soup and tomato beef noodle soup. the ma la tang combos are also very good (come for the daily special!) only thing that kind of bothers me is having to pick out the sichuan pepper corns. wished they used a spice tea pack thing when they cook their soups so I don’t accidentally numb my mouth by biting into a peppercorn”

“Jan 23/17: Walked there from my residence at Queen & Margaret at 5:30 am. to pick up chocolate milk and hopefully bus tickets. Despite there clearly being several plastic cartons full of chocolate milk just in behind the milk fridge rack, the young man explained he could not get at it until a manager came with a key. Just reaching through the fridge with a broom handle to pull forward a carton would have worked easily. Bus tickets are not sold there ... too bad being a 24 hour store, however, that was fine. I kept my frustration to myself as I thought of several scenarios for the former, one being that perhaps the fridge was not stocked properly due to the chocolate milk not being delivered until AFTER a manager or key holder was on duty. But If this is so, how did the milk delivery truck driver get in to drop it off? Also the attendant may have been uncomfortable coming out from behind the counter with just the two of us in the store. Anyway, the attendant was polite and the store appeared well lit and clean.”
