Chompin At The Bit Bar & Grille

My wife and I came here to celebrate the buying of my new home. My realtor lives in the cute town of Rockwood and recommended we go here. We were really impressed. We got a booth and all the staff was attentive to our group of 4, even though they were rather busy that Friday night. They had TV's everywhere which I thought was cool, but I was there to celebrate and let loose. The food was delicious, not just bar food but upscale pub deliciousness. We loved it. Thank you for a great evening. We will definitely be back again.

Ambiance is nice. Not romantic--modern, clean and cool.

Nachos and burgers are particularly good. Tried other things (pulled pork, salads) that aren't bad but IMO not worth their cost, which is on the high side.

Service is always pleasant and attentive, except for a time when we asked for a kid's milk that ended up costing $5+ because they "didn't have a way to charge any less for milk despite being kid-sized". Suppose it's partly our fault for not recognizing the exact item on the menu (or lack thereof) but the outcome was a little too strange to be ignored for this review.

This is a awesome place to eat in the quaint town of Rockwood. The menu is awesome and the portions are very filling. However the manager Lynn is great and bubbly. I highly recommend this for a date night or family dinner.

Great burgers!! Me and three friends came and enjoyed the patio!! Super friendly staff and great prices. Wish had more craft beer on tap but otherwise great burger to bun ratio

Had an amazing experience this past Sunday for dinner. I had there clydesdale burger which is local Texas Longhorn beef topped with a friend egg. onion rings and arugula. Was by far the best burger I've had and to make it a double patty was only 3dollars more so I knew what I was doing. I also enjoyed their rich brown gravy with the fries. on top of the amazing food the staff and atmosphere really topped it off. Amazing experience . Thanks
