“Went to the square one location and the environment was clean and tidy. Our waiter (group of 4) was served by Nick. Nick was nothing short of phenomenal, professional, class act and friendly. Outstanding customer service and people skills. Always made sure our drinks were topped up, food was up to our satisfaction, and that our evening was going well. “My colleagues and I went there last Friday evening for our Xmas Party. There was 8 of us and because it was a last minute thing, we sat in the lounge. They accommodated us even though we did not have reservations.The service was absolutely fantastic and so was the food. The waitresses and Managers were exceptional and treated us to free appetizers. Nick (one of the Managers) does a great job of making sure customers are happy. Great job to all the staff! I will definitely return!”

How everyone gets so involved in it adds to the entertainment Special mention goes to our server Nikki, she was fantastic! Great service and part of the greatness was how she took the time to interact with all of us like she knew each of us as a regular visitor even though it was our first time. “Great service! Love the atmosphere! Food is so good, I haven’t found anything I don’t like! There is a huge variety of shisha flavours to choose from! There’s some great deals on drinks specials, depending on what night you go of course. The DJs are great! They have a few different DJs on different nights, so you’re always getting a different variety of good music from them. Everyone’s really nice and friendly! I definitely recommend this place for sure!”

“My husband and I came here for the first time tonight, the food was absolutely amazing! Every employee was so kind and we had a very enjoyable time. Considering the taste and amount of food you get I think everything is fairly priced. I had the red Thai curry and it was more than I had expected, my husband had the steak sandwich and it was honestly the best steak we have had. Our server was absolutely lovely, I will definitely be returning and I hope to have Stephanie as a server again. Well done on such an amazing restaurant.”

“T. Williams Pub & Grill is very warm, friendly establishment. The seating is very comfortable, or, one can sit at a stool at the bar. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff is very accommodating and the patrons seem to generally be of a very friendly disposition. The quality of the food is impeccable and the bar is fully stocked, yet, one does't tend to see drunk, or, disorderly folks. A very laid back atmosphere.. though I must confess it is the food that I love the most, there. The chef is very experienced and versatile making for excellent entry's that are sure to please. I have been here a number of times and will definitely return. On Taunton R. East, at Taunton Square, around the mall corner from Giant Tiger, this place is like an undiscovered gem. They recently changed their name JMW from Dirty Martini, it was nice to have something local open a Friday night. The place was not busy but I think with the right marketing and radio adds, this would be the nicest place in Durham. Would love to come there again when it’s a little busier! I will be back!”

The owner took the time to come over to our table and introduce himself and make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I thought that was great because you don't get that type of care and attention at restaurants anymore. He even changed the channel for us so we could watch the game we were interested in watching. “I've been to a few board game cafes so far and Games on Tap is hands down the best. The games are very well organized so you can find the game you want where you think it will be (and if not, the patrons help you out). Games are clean and I haven't experienced anything missing pieces or being in poor shape. Good beers on tap with a menu that can feed you well while you play. The food comes fairly quickly and is priced reasonable well. The place itself is very clean, spacious, and is quite comfortable. Come here with your friends, you'll have a great time!”
