“I stayed at this motel one night in June 2009 while doing the return run on the Petite Train du Nord cycling trail from Mont Laurier. Its a very basic motel so don't expect too much but for cyclists doing the ride its just about perfect as its only a couple hundred yards from the trail. Also there is a a small hot dog stand run by the owner just down on the highway. There is also a grocery store nearby. As I recall the TV selection was quite good. Its certainly okay for a one night layover and worth the price.”

“I love this plkace. I go there twice a year from Toronto to have the in-ouse Montreal Smoked Meat. Great portion size and full of the wonderful flavours that you can expect from a perfectly done smoke. Inside is very small and cozy but it can get very hot on the summer. They do provide a patio to eat but there is no table service of tab so prepare to order all you wnat first time around.”
