I’ve been to many gyms until I finally found Siscoe gym! David and all of his trainers are very knowledgeable! Unlike other gyms I have tried in the past, the trainers here never hesitate to help you and give you advice, even if you haven’t asked any and they see you do something wrong they will definitely let you know what/how to improve! I know when I come in for a strength and conditioning workout I am not wasting my time and getting a total body workout and improving my strength!

This marks my 5th year at the gym and my feelings have not changed at all. The SnC classes are great. Whether you're participating in the classes or not, coaches will encourage you and guide you. I look forward to my Sunday Hot yoga classes with Elaina. Receptionists are extremely helpful and so kind with their wonderful greetings. Mo and Alex have gone above and beyond accommodating my sometimes complicated and last minute requests. I am very grateful to them. Food is so very tasty (I look forward to my steak wraps when I get to order it). All this to say, I will not step into another gym as long as Siscoe Gym exists.
