This is a once in a lifetime restaurant experience and we’ve been fortunate to eat here twice in 3 months. You should do this. Take a loan on the house if you need to do so but do it. You will not regret it. The food is phenomenal and it changes every few months. The staff are extremely friendly and the interior is designed so well. We do the non alcoholic pairing because my wife is allergic to alcohol but I would recommend it even don’t have issues with alcohol. They get so creative with it. Love this place.

The concept is cool and fun. The food is exquisite. My favorite dish was probably the scallop with caviar on a base of diced potatoes. The price is super reasonable as well considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. We did the non alcoholic drink pairing which I wasnt in love with. I liked the first several cocktails but the mushroom drink was a little strange and the ginger drink just too strong in my opinion.

As everyone else said, the food is creative, delicious, beautiful and enjoyable. The servers were friendly and created a memorable evening. We enjoyed the chef's counter experience. Some things to note:

The chef's counter does not allow you to see the preparation of the meals. At many restaurants, we enjoy watching the preparation and interacting with the food preparation. Understand that this is not the experience you will get. It is much more formal as each item is brought to the counter and presented there.

The seating at the counter is very comfortable, BUT, they are spaced apart in a way that doesn't allow for communication other than to the person beside you. Since it is relatively quiet at the counter, I felt a bit aware that conversation is easily heard. It seems geared more for a couple, so two couples visiting together may not be able to speak with each other. I might suggest that a group of four opt for the dining room rather than the chef's counter.

The servers are extremely gracious and polite. Not perfect choreography, and sometimes seeming a bit rushed or slightly awkward. A very minor quibble, but sometimes felt a little self-conscious. But they did pay close attention to detail.

There was just the right amount of food, and the dishes came out with excellent timing. A good variety and large number of dishes, with spectacular presentation. The plates and bowls are works of art, as well as the plating of the dishes. Bravo.

The space that you are taken for dessert is much more casual space and more lively. Although the night we were there, it was noticeably chilly in that space. All of the rooms are very beautifully decorated and artfully lit. The person who designed the space did an amazing job of transforming a stone cellar into a work of art.

    Creative and impressive menu!
Love the decor! Good culinary experience.
Why 4 stars? Wine pairing is less impressive

The entire experience was amazing, from the second you walk in the door you feel fully immersed. The service is personal and attentive. Every single bite of food seems perfectly prepared and engineered, with care and attention focusing on even the most minor details. The wine pairing was perfectly matched and helped even further elevate each course. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone reading this, you will not be disappointed.
