“This was a fantastic place to stay on my bike ride of the Petit Train du Nord. It's on a beautiful little river with chairs for relaxing among flowers. Even though I was the only guest that night, Chef Nicolas took great care of me. The dinner and breakfast were creative and delicious. The room was attractive, modern, and perfectly clean. I'd love to come back with friends!”

“We go to Yann every week to buy rare delicacies, European groceries. His home-made quiches are insane! They cook a lot in-house and all tastes great. A lot of stuff from Val-David market farmers market sells at Yann. Best place for a foodie to stock up on delicacies.”

“From far the best breakfast place for the longest time. Been in business for ever and always pack no matter the time you go. Their homemade ham and sugar pie are to die for, a must. Their bacon is smoked and is delicious. Make sure you ask for their campagne bread and you’ve got to try their homemade strawberry jam, simply delicious. You may also enjoy their homemade dishes to go with their shop located in the main restaurant. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate are served while you’re waiting for your table. The huge fireplace located in the heart of the restaurant makes you want to hang out longer during those cold winter days. Decor reminds you of the old days and is typical of the region. They do not take any reservations, first arrived first served, be aware.”
