Fairmont Le Château Montebello

A cozy hotel in a beautiful place! The rooms were clean and cozy with all the essentials. Apart from the conference-worthy amenities, they had good restaurants.. outdoor and indoor sports activities as well as a health club with a gym n indoor swimming pool. Its a comfortable hotel with a lot of character. A couple downers were a weird smell in the hallway leading up to one of the conference rooms and one pretty unhelpful receptionist who i think wasnt completely honest with me about my room charges n chalked them up to taxes just to be done with an uncomfortable conversation. The situation was taken care of by the conference organizers and no thanks to the particular receptionist. However, rest of the staff was lovely.

Visited this hotel for the day to walk along the trail amongst the fall colours. What a beautifully laid out grounds with numerous trails and fabulous views along the river. A short walk to the get to the quaint little village. The inside is rustic and cozy, with a huge fireplace in the centre. Very welcoming. Unfortunately, we didn't see the rooms as we were just down for the day, but they have just about every kind of outdoor activity you can think of; even ones for winter. Like all Fairmont hotels, they are pricey but after this visit, it certainly would be a great location for a staycation... without the airfare!

Came here with a friend this past weekend for a spa day - massage treatment and manicure/pedicure. Service was excellent; professional and incredibly attentive. Had the utmost relaxing day - thank you for your care and refined service! Highly recommend.

Came here for a wedding in late September. The hotel is beautiful and has a very lodge/cottage type feel to it. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room perfect. The staff was also very friendly. Definitely worth a stay if you are in this area. Hotel is definitely worth the price.

Hard not to have a fantastic time at Chateau Montebello. We enjoyed our first summer visit to the Chateau recently. We had enjoyed fabulous visits during the other three seasons.
The $28 resort fee is well worth it. We enjoyed biking, mini-golf, canoeing, swimming, the gym, games of all types as well as just strolling the grounds. Staff were all friendly.
No matter what time of the year it is wonderful to sit in the main foyer around the majestic fireplace and chat, eat, play games, snooze a bit...
Our room was quaint, quiet and comfortable with everything you need and more, including the luxurious bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable.
We will be back!
