“Amazing customer service & very friendly staff! Cozy, welcoming & very clean decor. I love the touch of fresh flowers on each table, it shows that they care and pay attention to the finer details. Seeing it was my first time there, they really helped me chose the right dish to satisfy my pregnant palate and they even made room for some small talk which was nice. Communication with clients is one of the keys to success in order to gain that extra bit of appreciation & satisfaction for the overall service received. I find that it's always 50/50 with them. sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes it's not. Also their croissants and sandwiches are mostly dry. not sure why because they make them daily... on the plus side, they have a great variety of cakes (haven't tried them but they seem tasty) Also the service is usually very good. so it's an ok place to go to when you're in a rush, but not worth going out of your way just to go there.”
