De Soto's Seafood Kitchen

Great Seafood! Had about a 30min wait but was able to get drinks at the bar while we waited. Had a great server and all of the food was delicious. Restaurant is one street over from the strip but had a feel like a place the locals would eat. Highly Recommend!

Gumbo was thick and rich. Broiled seafood dinner had flounder Almaden, scallops, and shrimp. Every bite was delicious, fresh, and hot. Sides were served hot and homemade. The wait staff were a joy and made the whole evening a memorable experience. I would highly recommend using the yelp option of joining the wait list when you are on your way. Saved us at least a 30 minute wait.

Went there for lunch on a recent trip over to Gulf Shores. My parents wanted Coconut Shrimp and this was the first place that we found that had that. We were not disappointed at all. This is a nice place with great people and awesome food. If you are in Gulf Shores, you need to have a meal or two here, but plan ahead because the place fills up very fast.

Oh my gosh! This restaurant is impeccable!!! My husband had grilled grouper and I had a broiled seafood platter. Both of us got sweet potato casserole and I got a salad. The food is out of this world! Also the server was fantastic! She gave us a senior menu for seniors 55 and up. I just turned 61 this month snd my husband will 58 next month! We plan to go back tomorrow!
