Cobalt, The Restaurant

I've been to some of the best restaurants in the south
From top to bottom front to back The Cobalt is the best all around restaurant I've been to.
The huge glass wall open up to the waterway and boats traveling by and the beautiful artwork on the walls the food is extremely good with matching staff with a wide range of knowledge to inform you of all the food.
If you want to have a great experience go to The Cobalt. It is pricey but worth it, by far

Were here last night for dinner with a large group event with my husband’s job. The staff at the bar and the restaurant were amazing! The atmosphere was a lot of fun and provided a cool laid back coastal vibe. The music was great. The seafood and drinks were delicious. We had a blast! Gift shop staff were friendly too.

We had a very large party. We moved from the bar to an outdoor table to an indoor table and everyone involved was amazing. The bartenders were on top of things. Sasha just jumped right in and did an absolutely amazing job serving everyone in an extremely timely manner getting us all drink refills and appetizers. The food was good. The drinks were good. The music was good. We would eat here again.

This is an excellent restaurant. Now we did have to wait 2 hours. We went went on a Friday evening at 6. But there’s a nice bar outside wit live music so we got a drink and just chilled until it was time. The food is GREAT! We ordered firecracker shrimp and the catch of the day which was red snapper! The servers were all very kind. semi-causal dress. Gorgeous sunset!

Great service and food. Firecracker shrimp is best appetizer on the gulf coast. Zydeco Chicken is the best pasta dish anywhere. Steaks are crazy good, especially for a predominantly seafood restaurant. This is a great restaurant for family gatherings as well. Service is always superior. Views of the canal and boats add to the great Cobalt dining experience.
