My wife and I dine here quite frequently. Service can be hit or miss but it doesn't stop us from coming in. We've discovered whenever we get served by Ashley our experience is always the best. We casually mingled amongst ourselves and wondered how this place found her. She's the most competent, professional, and knowledgeable server there. Other servers aren't terrible but can tell they are newer and usually seem frazzled. The new manager is very friendly, she stopped by our table to check on us and that was the first time that's happened to us there, we loved her professionalism. This place is starting to become our new go to spot. Food is fabulous and their new cocktails are even better than before! Great restaurant!

Stephi Cocktails & Cuisine in orange beach is a unique pairing of Asian and Caribbean fusion. We found the food to be flavorful and plenty. The atmosphere is airy and the staff is wonderful and attentive. We were greeted by a sweet young lady who promptly seated us. She introduced us to their menu and suggested a great starter. We also were impressed by management. She took the time to ask us how we were and have a light conversation with us. No drive by hello. We had the Caribbean chicken wings with a trio of sauces. The wings were so well seasoned that sauce wasn’t even needed. Then the entrees, don’t get me started on the great flavor profiles.. The Caribbean Shrimp bowl has the most tasty pineapple chutney done 2 ways… yum. The Korean Beef bowl was in a citrus herb crema that paired nicely with the coconut rice. In a nutshell take a moment stop in for lunch ( portions are generous)!

Stephis was an amazing find in a little strip mall. Drinks were exceptional, ambiance good and food was excellent! And there was no waiting in line. other places had 1-2 hr. wait time. This is a diamond in the rough! you will not be disappointed! I would give it 5 stars!!!

I'm giving 4 stars because the Sushi was pretty good. It is pricey, but good. The staff was friendly. I called my order in and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited a total of 48 minutes for my sushi order. I understand that they were in the process of training someone on making sushi, but 48 minutes was a bit much. We were offered 2 free sodas for our wait. That was thoughtful, but extra sushi would've been great or free sushi would've been even better!

Super cool little spot. Very pricey but I understand they are new and have to cover up front costs which can be a LOT to handle. Loved the owner coming out to the table and saying hi. Very personable guy. Will be coming back here again when I save up some fun tokens to blow.
