“This visit was an experience I will never forget. I didn't know food could taste this good and this complex. Everything about the service was perfectly paced and executed. Definitely worth the price.”

“So they are located at the Fort near basspro. It was a rainy day so I got pick up. Is was ready on time and still hot from the oven. I had the Milano. It was probably the best pizza I've had out here. They have a thin hand tossed crust that's chewy and just crisp enough and a really good red sauce. All the ingredients seem top quality. It's a little more expensive than chain delivery but I think still a great value for how good it is. One pizza is enough to share for 2-3 people.”

“A great little area & food variety is solid. Prices are a bit high but worth it for the scenery. An adult aspect (21+ after 8pm etc.) in the evening would be highly desirable as this is mostly a kid-friendly atmosphere. Fantastic @ spring/fall peak weather.”

“Their food is so good and fresh! Not to mention how pretty it looks whenever I get my order. It's rare to get food that looks just like the pictures on their menu. I've gotten ramen here before too and I can't wait until it's winter again so they can bring back their seasonal menu! If you're looking for a good poke place that's worth the money, it's here.”

“It was a good experience. Several small walk-up restaurants all in the same small area including this place which is an outside bar. Plenty of seating and even a playground close by. Will look forward to going again.”

“The service was fast and the takeout was superb! We drove 30 minutes to get good Chinese takeout and will do it again! Please consider opening another restaurant in Bay Minette, we desperately need great Chinese takeout restaurant here. Thanks again!”

“I was there for a party of 25 guests. Our server was great, as people arrived for the party, she was right there to get their drink order and ask if they would like any appetizers. I had the Lettuce Wrap with chicken and grilled zucchini, it was delicious!”

“Great value. Pictured here is the Pick 2 combo for $10.99. The owner was very pleasant. However the service staff could've been warmer. Margaritas are a touch sweet, so I wonder if it's made with fresh juice versus a mix. Good view of the causeway if you're on the deck. It can get a bit windy. There are also beach volleyball courts. Glad we found this place en route.”

“Food was good but took a long time to get. Service was good but slow. Ambiance was not good because we were tucked away in worst part of restaurant. Yes it was Friday. Yes they had a wedding party. Yes they were busy. Yes we probably would have enjoyed it more if we were on the other side where the music and scenery is. Still wasn't a great first visit and will cause us hesitation to return before trying other establishments.”

“Ed’s Seafood Shed had a lot to offer. After a visit to the USS Alabama, me and my girlfriend decided to eat here. I got the Charbroiled Chicken Breast, and it tasted amazing. On top of the excellent food, the host was polite, quick, and had a great handle on the menu. Her recommendations were on point. Even more, the service was fast and got our food out even faster. I’d highly recommend Ed’s Seafood Shed if you’re looking to eat out in the area.”

“Incredible food. Attentive and knowledgeable waiter. Our waiter, Parker, suggested the soup sampler when we couldn't figure out which soup to try. All three soups were so tasty. Our entrees were also very flavorful. Parker was possibly the best waiter I've ever had. He was knowledgeable and yet willing to check on something when he wasn't sure of the answer. He even gave us recommendations for places in other cities we were going to be visiting. He made us feel like we were his only customers when he clearly was waiting on others in the room. If I'm ever in Mobile again, I will definitely be back.”

“The food was tasty once we actually got it. There was well over an hour wait and the waitress forgot several parts of our order. The view was nice. We were seated very quickly, and I enjoyed the decor. Unfortunately, I don't think we will return.”

“A great place for seafood and family. Came in with 9 and after a reasonable wait for a Saturday night was seated and taken care of well. Thanks!”

“A bit disappointed. Haven't eaten here in years, but last time I did it was excellent. Ordered catfish for lunch and they no longer serve, need to update their menu. So I got the popcorn shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Coleslaw tasted strange, may have just been me, but couldn't get it to taste better even after adding a lot of pepper. The meal was served way too long quickly. My popcorn shrimp were barely warm and a bit rubbery. They must have been sitting under a warmer for quite awhile. Waitress was super nice and I would say service was good, but they sacrifice food quality. Too many other fine restaurants on causeway I would recommend.”

“We enjoyed our lunch here. Other places were full with waits, but this place sat us immediately. It's gotten some bad reviews, I can't agree with some of what I read. Our food came out very quick. It was well seasoned and hot...except for my beans, tasted good, but could have been hotter. I had fish tacos. The generous portion of fish was fresh & not over-cooked. The sauce had a lot of flavor. The rice wasn't sticky or dry and tasted good to me. Hubby had a taco salad...it was so big it didn't stay in the shell. In fact, the shell is constructed so that it's meant to be open on one side to allow the ingredients to "spill" out onto the plate. He enjoyed the salad, but couldn't eat it all. He thought it was seasoned well. Also, they make their shells in-house on an cool machine. Kind of wanted to go back there and help make shells. :) The service was good, too. Our server was very pleasant and made us feel like we were the only ones there...and we weren't. They had a good lunch crowd.”
