“I have been to Kelly's Kitchen twice. The first time was absolutely wonderful. Tasty, hot, delicious food from the food bar. The second time i also had the food bar and my food was cold. I had a big hamburger patty covered with peppers, onions and gravy. The portion size was huge. The food itself was cold. Both times i was there i witnessed a child come from the kitchen area and do something. At the last visit he brought out a stack of cups. My first thoughts were child labor. My second thought was, the child had to go to work with mom or dad. The facilities are clean and spacious. The staff is wonderful.”

“It's a good place to go if you get into town late. It has a drink machine that lets you fix all kind of flavored sodas. It has a flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. Restrooms are clean. Service is good,unless it's close to closing.My chili was cold though,so I couldn't eat it! I took it home to heat it up myself. The hamburger combos we're good according to my husband and son. My jalepeno fires did not have the sauce that's supposed to go on them,so they could have been better. I will return though. Usually,they are on point.”

“CAVEAT: Having never been here and after seeing a person enter the side door, where I was parked, I entered and found myself in a small storage room with another door. I entered it and was abruptly redirected to leave and come through a door on the end. I double-checked outside but found no signage. No "Employees Only", no "Please Use Front Entrance". Nothing. Therefore, use the door on the end! Overall Score: 2.8125*** Outside Cleanliness & Access: Very clean of nearly all detritus. Wheelchairs MAY have difficulty on the loose gravel. 4**** Inside Cleanliness: Near immaculate. Tables mostly clean (a little dust/appeared unused in some time) & floors very clean. The sanitary facility (one) was immaculate. 5***** Service: Upon initial contact, there was a person there that I only interacted with once and she was very short/gruff with me. I thought about leaving at that point. Second contact, server Randi, always had a smile & was very pleasant and efficient. -3* + 4**** = 1* Food: The large BBQ sandwich was just below par. Adding a large amount of the unlabeled, BBQ sauce that was heavily flavored of vinegar and placed in various shapes and sizes of containers on each table helped a little. 1* The flavorless potato salad reminded me of nearly cooked potatoes with only mayo added, no seasoning. The worst I've ever had & threw away 95% of it. -1* The baked beans tasted like a low-quality, generic brand. Threw away 98% of them. 0* The sweet lemonade was the savior. It tasted homemade and was some of the best I've ever had. 5***** Food Average Score: 1.25* Chance of a return visit: Less than 10%.”

“Can't say enough about this one. They are the best. Of course the food is great but the service is better. Had our meal ready before we even finished paying for it. And when we brought the kids by to play in the Plato and during the rain, they didn't frown on the fact that we bought one meal for 5 people and even gave the kids little cows as gifts. “Had a lot of fun tonight and food was very good. Ive never met a waiter that had a decent sense of humor at any Los Arcos. She did go over board sometimes but for the most part she was funny and we had a decent time here with family and friends. If our waiter just happens to read this dont lose your sense of humor but just learn when to use it and when to not... meaning that with all respect. I didnt catch her name but she had a skull design as i call it in makeup for Halloween.”

“BK has been one of only a few of my favorite fast food establishments for decades. Today (Mother's Day) I picked up mother's favorite, a Whopper© with extra onions and a large onion ring. At 90 years old and in a nursing home, she lit up when she saw the bag. As she nibbled away at the massive Whopper and then a ring, I swear I saw a tear in her eye and I know it wasn't the onions. .. Fast food is one of the top 3 requests from nursing home residents. So long as their diet will allow, I highly recommend this experience to see such a joy made my year. Thank you BK! .. Now, on to the review. Overall: 4.83* Cleanliness (outside & in): 4.5* Generally clean. Service: 5* Always friendly and usually a bit fun. “Extremely clean buffet! Great variety and all foods were at properly heated temperatures. A great variety of seafood, chicken, beef, and pork. However the roast beef (or pot roast) lacked seasoning. “I went through the drive thru and was greeted as soon as I pulled up by an employee named Shawn. He was super friendly the entire time I ordered. They were out of Dr. Pepper so he gave me a bottle of water free. The food was super fresh and the tenders are ???? fantastic! He even threw in a free cookie for my wait. I have never eaten at Hardee's except for once and that was in Chattanooga, TN. I will definitely be back to the one in Fort Payne just for the customer service!”

“So, our air con went out at home during an oppressive heat wave. Not good when you work at home... We moved into the Econo to wait for the parts to come in! The staff is very nice, we got our keys quickly and went to our room to find out it had not been cleaned. However, the staff quickly switched our room and we were told the new room had been occupied for 4 month and had just opened up. We were nervous, but there was no reason to be! It was clean as could be! I'm a smoker so I was expecting it to be musty, but no! It was fresh as a Daisy!! It was perfect! We stayed several days and our experience was awesome! The air was ice cold! The beds were comfortable! The desk fridge and micro were perfect! The staff was amazing and we loved being able to walk to the store or to eat! It was so nice and convenient we were a little disappointed to go home so quickly...”

“We came in a big group but called ahead. I believe we primarily had one waiter and one waitress. For such large group (over 25), the service was pleasant and fast. Our wait staff was really friendly and all of our orders were correct! At our table alone we had 4 different levels of cooked steak. They also kept up with our drink refills and whatnot while also tending to other tables. The food was probably the best I've ever had at a steakhouse (comparing to Texas Roadhouse and Logan's). Try the sweet fries! The food and service was good enough that I don't feel the need to knock a star, but a bit of a turnoff was the employees coming out to smoke right next to the patio (where we were).”

“The Jojo's are excellent! Smoked brisket is good. When we arrived we were told they were out of brisket so we were going to leave. As we were pulling out one of thege cooks came running out to our car...in the rain...to tell us he had just pulled some fresh smoke brisket out of the smoker. (How sweet to come out in the rain to tell us.) We parked and went back in and were quite pleased with the food, the prices, and the friendliness of the staff.”
