American Deli Inc Is a franchise owned by individuals, so this rating is for the specific franchisee at the Prattville location. For starters the building is new, so that’s always a plus, unfortunately they cheaped out on the chairs and the backs of them are installed incorrectly. The establishment is nice , and the cashier was friendly. Their CC processor froze while I paid so I had to wait about 10 minutes to pay. The food took about 25 minutes , compared to other locations taking 6-9 minutes. Food wise it’s the same as any other location so the consistency is there. I’m rating 4 stars because it’s a new establishment, I think with proper training this establishment could run as good as the rest of the franchise locations.

So good! I usually get the Philly combo with wings and fries. It's good for 2 meals or at least 1 meal and a snack later. And it's so delicious!

I've visited this location a couple of times, each visit was pleasant. The wait time after placing your order is reasonable. For the price I wish that the seafood was fresh and not frozen.
