    Shift change service was extremely slow service. I waited 5 minutes to place my order and waited another 5 to get it. I thought it would be hot waiting that long. ALL of it was stone cold. Employees were standing around on their phones waiting for their shift replacement rather than taking care of customers. Who's to blame? The shift manager that's who.

    We went tonight and tried the BLT we saw advertised on TV earlier this week. It was actually very good. Could have use a touch more mayo but we both said it was better than we expected. Quick courteous service as always at this restaurant. I will definitely order it again but will ask for extra mayo next time.

    1st time ever to eat at a Jack's, so glad we ate there! Great fast food, friendly service & very reasonable prices. If your hungry and need something quick, stop by a Jack's! Your tummy will thank you.
