“Wonderful vegan pizza. My pizza was not prepared correctly and had to be remade. The manager was amazing and came out to tell me that they did not bring my pizza out because it was not prepared right. She prepared my pizza and put it in a ox for me to go. Great service even with a mistake. The pizza was wonderful.”

“Stopped off at this location on our way to the beach. Since we have our dog with us my husband ordered and brought the food outside so that Ziva could sit with us while we ate. While sitting there one of the associates came out with a small tin pan of cooked ground beef for our baby. She loved it and I really appreciated the effort of the employees.”

“I ordered some pizzas online recently to feed a local high school band before they left for their Friday night football game. As luck would have it because of expected weather conditions they decided to move the game to Thursday night! Due to the system trying to reserve additional funds on my credit card I wasn't able to reschedule my order online so I called the restaurant and talked to the manager. She was very friendly and helpful. Her and Kaleb were able to ensure that my order was ready in time to feed the kids Thursday afternoon. The kids absolutely LOVED the pizza! The online 2 for $10 deal was also a lifesaver for a tight budget. Thanks so much to the management and staff at the Prattville Cicis for making this adventure a success. You guys are awesome!”

“Never a bad meal at this Olive Garden. Food is always fresh and tastes great. Very clean restaurant both inside and out. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Managers do a great job. Only negative would be the servers we have had recently could really use some interpersonal skills and customer awareness. Not they are rude, they have just been very matter of fact and not very attentive. Overall, a really good place for an Italian meal.”

“It’s decent. Fried breakfast, tolerable coffee and colorful characters. It’s probably more enjoyable to come here to people watch than it is to eat. The service is pretty good - I didn’t have to wait long to get my food and I did get my coffee refilled before it was empty.”
