“This place does it right! My family ordered a chicken plate, a pork plate, and a pork sandwich on a Saturday at lunchtime. The sauce is a perfect blend of tangy, sweet, and spicy. The pork has just the right proportions of fat and smoke flavor. The meat portion-sizes on the plates are HUGE. Service was quick and friendly. Geneva needed another BBQ place. What more could you ask for? 5 stars!!!”

“LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Used to go here a lot when I was growing up and was very upset when they shut down. Since they've opened up it has been great. My mom loves getting the vegetable beef soup from here for supper. Me and my sister stopped by today for some icecream. I must say the flavor names are creative. The staff is really nice. This place is a great addition to our little town here.”

“They have my absolute favorite burger in town: the fried Gouda burger. Definitely get that if you want a delicious dinner. They did just switch to online menus only with no paper ones available, which made it really difficult for my grandparents to order since they don't use smartphones and couldn't read the small print on my phone. But the food is pretty good and has been very consistently good every time I've been.”

“Yesterday was our first time dining in this restaurant. The best part of our experience was our sweet waitress. We ordered the fried grouper basket and the catfish basket. There was absolutely no difference in the taste of the grouper or catfish. My side order was potato salad but it was actually mashed potatoes. The wire baskets our food came in had dried food stuck to it from previous diners. It did not touch our food since they had a paper liner. I ordered a Carona beer and any good bartender knows that it should have a lime wedge. Mine did not. The restaurant dining room was clean and the staff friendly but we won’t go back.”
