It was always a friendly atmosphere. I think there is a general trend toward malaise and discontent among people in service-oriented jobs lately. I ordered the cheeseburger on my first visit and was blown away by how good it was. Thinking maybe it was a fluke I ordered it again another time and it was equally as good.
