Best salads I've had in Bham. Went with the family, had a wonderful experience. The crisp clean design through the entire restaurant was pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the wall of plants in the dining hall. Bathrooms were very nice as well. Simple, elegant designs, pleasing to the eye while being efficient, with ample space. Only thing I'd mention is a notation that one has a changing table available. Food was fresh and delicious with ample portions. We loved that you could choose a pre-designed bowl, or build your own. One went with menu item, Sante Fe grain bowl, and the other three of us built our bowls. We were ALL very pleased with our meals. The bowls are vegetarian based, and we opted to add meat to every bowl, the maple smoked salmon was delicious (X2), grilled pork was tender, and the spicy chicken in the Sante Fe bowl had just the right amount of heat. The black garlic dressing was rich and flavorful, popular with a couple of us. The pickled cherries were an exciting new experience for us, and we 3/4 liked them! We also tried the Raspberry Rose prebiotic sodas from the case, the house made beet hummus (so worth your time - I'm going back for more! I've used it as a condiment on everything for a week, and it's hot pink, I love fun food, and I hate beets y'all -- this beet hummus is smoky perfection and a way to get beets in me! 😂) The dark chocolate collagen bites were wonderful, with tender texture of the coconut. The tahini brownies were so incredible, I wish they sold them by the pan! They melt in your mouth and were GLUTEN-FREE and DAIRY-FREE. I mean outrageously good tahini brownies. Staff were polite, and knowledgeable of the ingredients, facilities were clean. AND we loved that the serving bowl, lid, and utensils were all compostable. Y'all need to go checkout Blueroot! They'll have something you'll love.

The red beet hummus and baby carrots were divine. I mixed the chicken salad with the quinoa to make a fresh combination and the tahini brownie was phenomenal.
