    Purple Rain energy tea is amazing! Also the waffles are awesome!!! Alix is also so kind and amazing! Also one thing that I found to be super cool is that the owner was there behind the counter WORKING!

    Love the teas!! A TON of flavors to choose from & the staff are very friendly. Very welcoming environment. Protein shakes are delicious and they also have waffles, flavored oatmeals, and a few other snacks. Definitely recommend!

    My girlfriend and I love going to Iron City Nutrition. Our goal is to try every flavor, and at the rate we're going, we'll probably get there in a month's time. Each tea is just so good, and the people who work there are always such a pleasure!

    Love the tea bombs and protein shakes. If you try one and it’s not your favorite the options are endless to try again. Love the atmosphere that is great for quick on the go pick ups but also has great places to sit and hangout. Definitely recommend!!

    friendly staff and great environment to hang out while waiting for your drinks to be ready! Love the options of drink sizes and various flavors on the menu. You can tell how much work the owner has put into this shop! Highly recommend the ocean drive tea and caramel cheesecake shake 🤤
