I was unable to take a photo of the sweet tea fried chicken because I was to busy enjoying how perfectly good this sandwich was! From the Smell, how it was dressed to the last bite! Highly recommended! Get an extra cup of white sauce in the side. Onion rings and green turnips on the side were exactly what the Doctor ordered!

Best BBQ in the ‘Ham! Even with all the locally-based choices, in my opinion, this place has them all beat because of their variety. Pulled pork, smoked chicken, it’s ALL good. Sweet potato fries, the stuffed taters, fried green tomatoes, onion rings, and of course, their white BBQ sauce! But my absolute favorite has to be the sweet tea fried chicken sandwich. Heaven on a bun. The chicken is so juicy and tender, the crust nice and crunchy, and the white BBQ sauce just adds a delightful twang. Pair it with the sweet potato fries; you won’t be disappointed.

Nice environment and super affable service. The food was crisp and delicious. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Fair prices and big meals. Keep up the great work.

This place is amazing! The food will make you feel like you are home. Now, be prepared if you get the pork & greens, you'll need a nap after this plate of happiness. With pork on greens over cheese grits topped with onion rings, what else do ya need? The prices are good for the portion of food you get & service was excellent. I like the laid back atmosphere, if you are looking for a place to get great food & not expecting a fancy sit down dinner, this is for you! I'm planning another trip just to go back to eat.

First time visit but definitely not a last. I had the smoked chicken legs with red & white sauce and I finished them licking my fingers looking for more! Delicious! I also ordered the fresh skins...amazing! Never have I tried fried okra like that and never do I want to go back to the "normal" fried okra style. This place is an ALWAYS stop whenever I'm in Birmingham. The only draw back is the parking.
