Panda Express

Had an interesting experience at Hardee's in Homewood. Lady was weirdly aggressive. Wasn't sure if she was having a bad day but it was not appropriate behavior when dealing with the public. My tots were dumped over inside bag. Explains why the bag was greasy. She balled up the bag and aggressively handed it to me. It was just odd. Never dealt with that type of personality in the food industry. Charged me for a coffee that I didn't order. Tried convince me that i was gtting a better deal. Not when im paying almost 3 extra dollars more thsn my order! She wasn't very nice to the person who had to refund me. May not be the right fit for her 🙄. Called to speak with a manager. Got voicemail. Geeeeesh!

Phoenix at the drive thru was so cool. Loved his personality and hard work, he really made my day. The food is always great here too of course.

Went through the drive through. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked. The window associate was pleasant and very attentive. The outside drive through was clean and airy, no trash. The inside was clean and pleasant smelling.

The pepper steak had a great flavor. I came at an odd time of day. The food was good, just not as fresh as I would’ve liked. Not an issue. It was worth it. Service could have been a little better. Also not a huge issue for me as I wasn’t in a hurry. Overall positive experience.
