Burger was really good but the curly fries were cold and did not even had salt, they tasted like mash potatoes

Great stop for your burger, fry and shake needs. I had the cheeseburger with a mushroom patty as well and quite enjoyed it. I liked the separate ordering and pickup counters, it helped streamline the process. The environment is fun and modern as well!

If I've said it a thousand times. I'll say it again. Best tasting burgers. And there ff's are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of salt on them. Witch makes them delicious...oh! Don't get me started on their milkshakes....all I can say is " So tasty." I can never order one BIG enough.????

One of my family's favorite burger places. The food is always fresh and good. The crinkle-cut fries are always crispy and delicious. The shakes are excellent as well, and they have special seasonal flavors. My only real complaints are that it's pretty expensive for a burger chain, so we don't go often, and I wish they had more options for burgers. Hard to stay away if we're in the area for something else though.

I want to like the Summit's Shake Shack. I am very appreciative that they are supportive of a local watershed group. Their chicken sandwiches are delicious. I was wowed by the salted caramel shake. But, please, stop with the pre-frozen fries. They are tasteless and dry and you could do better. You might want to offer some zucchini fries or something else good tasting along with real fries too.
