I’ve lived about 8 miles from here for years now and have never had the chance to eat at Cheesecake Factory. Great service. Food was very fairly priced for similar restaurants at the Summit. I felt the food itself was too rich and excessive in certain ingredients, such as the sauces. Loved the desert - had the Reese’s cheesecake.
Our server, Rebeca was amazing. I ordered the chicken, mango, avocado salad. There was NO avocado in the salad. My husband ordered a burger cooked to perfection. I would rate our server a 100, amazing. Food the burger a 100 but my salad a 5. It wasn't at all what I expected.
My daughter and I stopped at The Cheesecake Factory to eat while we were in Birmingham, Al. We had a good experience. The food is expensive. The portion size is large. She had kids macaroni, which she enjoyed. I had the most popular dish. It was a sauteed chicken with asparagus and mashed potatoes in a brown wine sauce. It was very good. The bread is fantastic! My plate was about $19. I also had a glass of wine at $9.50 house wine. We definitely wanted to get some cheesecake.
LOVE this place. I just wish I didn't have to go all the way to Birmingham (from oxford). No real complaints. Everything was clean. The food was great. The cheesecake was amazing! I think the only problem I had was the menus. They need to be simplified. I had a hard time choosing because they gave me a book to read.
