    This Wendy's establishment happens to be located in the busiest section of Downtown Metropolitan Birmingham. So, if you're willing to put up with the long wait times, it's well worth it. The service staff are great people and are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your every need. Great job ladies!

    Great staff here. They always get the order made fast and correct. They out the fast in fast food and don't let service and quality slip while doing it.

    Good food. Good service. Not like Wendy Opelika evening shift that puts food in bag to go even when told I will be dining in.

    Wendys was very nice they have an African American staff that work really well on making sure orders are prepared and being given out hot fresh and properly. There are no complaints from me. Thank you.
