Logan's Roadhouse

I don't know what has happened to this place. We waited 2 hours for a seat because half the tables were closed off. Then, aside from the steak, is wasn't worth the price or the wait. The manager was very kind and comped some of the bill so kudos for her.

The server was excellent!! We were a HUGE party and she handled us so well by herself. She had help here and there but was mostly by herself. There was over 30 of us easily. The food came out in a very timely manner. I was impressed.

We love their rolls and always ask for more! I had the sirloin and it was tender and great flavor. Baked potato was perfect and salad was crispy and just enough without being too much. My husband had the chopped steak with fries. Service was friendly and not overbearing.

We came in around 8pm. The restaurant was not busy at all. We waited about 4 minutes for someone to realize we were waiting to be seated. The hostess came and didn't speak, just grabbed 2 menus to seat us. We were seated in the back with 2 other groups of people. We then waited for our server for about 6 mins. We were advised by our server that we could not order Salmon or chicken, due to the Veteran's special on Wednesday...that was the very reason we came to this particular restaurant. My father Loves the Salmon. Our server was very polite and worked well for us. This is the worse visit I've had to a Logan's and I go quite frequently. This will possibly slow those visits down dramatically. Please do better.

Just want to give a shout out to Tyler, who was our server today. This is the best service we have had from anyplace we have been in months!! Tyler was right on time for everything we needed, without being overbearing! Great job, Tyler!!
