Mugshots Grill & Bar - Fultondale

Came in near closing last week and everything was spectacular! The restaurant was super clean. Our food was delicious!!! Our server was the absolute BEST that we had to give him a big tip (hate I can’t remember his name). He made sure we were taken care of, answered questions we had, and constantly checked on us. The manager was great as well (young black guy). His approach was genuine and you could tell he really cared about making sure our experience was the best and it truly was! I Highly recommend this location!

Online order, waited for half an hour after pickup time and they couldn't give me an eta when my food would be ready. They were busy, so I just asked for a refund, no big deal. 2 weeks later, after talking to managers and franchise owners at two different locations, my refund was finally processed. The staff was kind when I had to speak with them, but no one really seemed to know what they were doing.

The food was just OK. The service was lousy. The decor was outstanding. I will give them one more try. Had better service and food at the Uptown mugshots.

First timer, The Supreme Pizza Burger has to be the craziest thing I’ve ever tried and is now my favorite. Great service too. Can’t wait to come back!
