Taco Bell

I live in Killen, AL. On my first visit to the new Taco Bell in Rogersville, AL(10 min from home), I ordered 2 Beef Burritos with cheese and the sauce. I took a bite, all I got was the wrap. I opened it up and there was no cheese or sauce and very little meat. Both Burritos were this way. The store was busy so I just tore off the excess wrap and made do. I stopped on Sunday 3/8 and went to the drive thru. I ordered the same as above. I should have checked before I left, but there was not any meat, cheese, or sauce. It was all bean. They went in the trash. With this being said, the staff was friendly and courteous. But very disappointed with what happened both times.

So excited to share our experience with the New Taco Bell in Rogersville AL.
We did the drive thru and the customer service was awesome. We didn't wait in line long even though this place was extremely busy. We ordered the new Nacho Party Pack which was absolutely Stellar, also we ordered the 5 layer beef burrito, chicken burrito, and Crunch Wrap Supreme. There was plenty of condiments we didn't even have to ask for. We plan on visiting again.
