Goodland Pour House

My wife stumbled onto this gem (with a respectable tap and pork belly corn dogs). We visited Goodland within a week of their grand opening.
The atmosphere was very relaxed with comfortable booths and plenty of large TVs. The staff was extremely polite and the food was fantastic. The menu is filled with enticing dishes. We didn't make it past salads and appetizers this trip, but we'll be back.
The pork belly corn dogs were even better than anticipated, and I was really looking forward to trying them. The brussel sprouts were amazing too.
The only thing i would ding Goodlands on would be my beet salad. Still 5 stars because it was very tasty, but I was expecting more pickled beets. I'm particularly fond of pickled anything so my expectations were high. Although, I should mention the Goodland pickle slices that arrived with my pork belly corn dogs were fantastic. So fantastic that my wife ate several of them...
They had maybe 18 taps plus a large selection of standard bottles/cans and a reasonable wine selection. Attention was definitely on their taps of local and various other microbreweries.
Wrapping up, we had a wonderful experience at Goodland Pour House and are looking forward to returning. I noticed a kids menu so we may take the whole family next time.

Incredible experience. All the food items I have tried are exceptional, in taste, presentation, and proportion. The new staff members, both servers and kitchen staff, have it all together in performance and attention to detail. We really enjoyed our experience.

Some of the best food I've had locally. I love me some good shrimp tacos, and these are probably the best I've had. My son, who is annoyingly picky about new food, really liked the Notorious P.I.E. The great beer selection is with mentioning, too. 20 taps, highlighting a lot of local and regional breweries. Definitely worth going to.

So, we were able to get a table right away on opening night. The first thing I noticed was a menu that looked like it was by someone who appreciates a small but awesome menu. Some will say that the prices are a bit much, but the prices reflect the quality of the food here. The Royale with Cheese isn't just a fun line from a movie: It's actually a really good pub burger. The Caesar dressing has a hint of lemon (?) that was a nice touch. Now, I have to admit that service did get a bit slow when the tables got occupied and people were waiting at the door; BUT, once they get those kinks ironed out, this place will be great. I absolutely love it.

From the well selected wine and beer menu, to the high quality food selections, you can't find a better place in town. The Notorious P.I.E was the best of the night, and vegetarian friendly if you order without pepperoni, the salmon burger had an amazing sauce and definitely get the truffle fries, and the Brussels sprouts and maple sauce were perfectly cooked. They may have to stop me from eating there every night. Well done!
